Defendants recruited the victim, a poor widow, by promising her that they would pay her enough money to support her six children in Nigeria. The Victim was forced to work long hours with little to no pay and was sexually assaulted by Emmanuel Nnaji. Defendants procured false travel documents for the Victim and made her fear the police.
