SUMMARY:Defendant recruited a 15-year-old girl to engage in commercial sex acts through an internet chat site. The girl told the Defendant that she was thinking about running away from home. Defendant was a registered sex offender. Defendant had someone transport the girl to a hotel and harbored her there. He had sex with her and then made the girl engage in commercial sex acts with at least two other men. Defendant was convicted of a number of charges related to prostitution of a minor and was sentenced to 240 months imprisonment plus 36 months supervised release.
