SUMMARY:Defendants Shu Gang Li and Wei Li Pang, Chinese nationals living in the United States under Permanent Resident visas, transported women to Kansas City, Missouri from China to engage in prostitution. Defendant Pang bought the victims' plane tickets. Victims were forced to work in Defendants' Asian Massage Health Center for 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, and were forced to live in the massage parlor. Defendant Pang pled guilty but failed to appear for sentencing. She and Li, her husband, are wanted by the FBI and are possibly traveling together.
