SUMMARY:Defendants operated a brothel in Berwyn, Pennsylvania under the name "Swan Day Spa." Defendants Strunk and Evans were male U.S. citizens, and defendant Chun Yong Madden was an illegal alien from China. From 2005 to 2008, the operators regularly brought female workers to the spa provide sexual services to male employees. In 2006, they transported two undocumented Chinese women, whom they promised employment as masseuses, and forced them to have sex with customers for profit.
