SUMMARY:Defendent Jonathan Flake, aka Caribbean, ran an interstate prostitution business, in which he recruited young women in Portland, OR and sent them to work as prostitutes in Las Vegas, NV. Flake used physical force, fraud and coercion to force women, including at least one minor, to work for him as prostitutes and surrender all their money to him. Defendant Cheryl Chadwick, an attorney, maintained a bank account into which Flake and prostitutes deposited money, and used the funds to pay Flake's personal and legal expenses. Defendants Breanna Nelson and Mearenet Biadegelegne were prostitutes for Flake. Although they were defendants in the case, and pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Money Laundering, they may be victims in this case.
