SUMMARY:Defendant Christopher M. Cockrell was convicted of transportation of minor for illegal sexual activity for an event that occurred in March 2009 in Amory, Missouri. Cockrell responded to an ad on Craig's List soliciting the sexual services of a 15-year-old girl. He exchanged emails with an undercover officer, whom he thought to be a pimp. Cockrell offered to pay $60 to have sex with the minor, and an additional $20 for sex without a condom.
