SUMMARY:

Defendant Kaufman ran the Kaufman House, a home for the mentally ill. He told the patients that nudity was therapeutic and required his patients to engage in daily activities as well as manual labor in the nude. He also videotaped them in the nude while performing sexual acts. Kaufman would punish patients with physical abuse.
