SUMMARY:

In 2006, Defendant, who was approximately 28-years-old, picked up the 16-year-old female victim outside of a shelter for juveniles in Greensboro, North Carolina. Defendant took her to a house and coerced her to engage in commercial sex acts by locking her in a room until she agreed. The defendant then drove the victim and several other prostituted adult women to Washington, D.C., where defendant was a resident. Defendant arranged for the victim's photo to be posted on Craigslist under the "erotic services" section and, on at least one occasion, made the victim "walk the track" in an area known for prostitution.
