SUMMARY:The victim was brought from India to work as a domestic servant, caring for the Defendants child and cleaning their home.  When the victim arrived in the United States, Defendants confiscated her passport.  The victim worked for two years, for 119 to 133 hours per week with almost no time off.  The Defendants paid the victim $.22 per hour for the first eight months of employment, then $50 for the remaining seventeen months.  The case was settled right before its trial date and the complaints were withdrawn.
