SUMMARY:Defendant transported three women across state lines in a single trip for the purposes of prostitution.  An appellate court found that the trip should have been addressed as one, not three, violation of the Mann Act.  The appellate court also found that violations of the Mann Act are not lesser included offenses of violation of the Travel Act. Therefore this does not violate the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Constitution.
