SUMMARY:Five men were involved in a sex trafficking ring that forced at least 2 under-aged girls to prostitute themselves at hotels and in private homes in the Twin Cities area. Defendants Tong Xiong and Aliak Thor both pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of a minor. Tong Xiong was sentenced to 97 months in prison. Aliak Thor was sentenced to 60 months imprisonment.
