SUMMARY:

According to information provided as part of Defendant Gray’s plea agreement, in early January 2007, Defendant Geiler "gave" a 17-year old girl to Gray so that the girl could repay an $80 debt she owed Geiler for crack cocaine.  Geiler intended for the victim to work off the debt as a prostitute for Gray.   For approximately two weeks, the victim stayed in Gray’s house, where she performed commercial sex acts with male clients. During this period, the Gray engaged in sex acts with the victim and provided her with crack cocaine.

Gray was indicted for sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, and distribution of cocaine. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking was sentence to 60 months imprisonment.  Geiler pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and was sentenced to 45 months imprisonment.
