ELPP Conferences

The Environmental Law and Policy Program plans and sponsors interdisciplinary conferences regarding current issues in environmental law and policy in coordination with our student Environmental Law Society. ELPP's inaugural conference on environmental law and policy occurred, September 25–26, 2008, and focused on the Environmental Agenda for the Next Administration. The conference featured panel discussions addressing climate change, alternative energy, and sustainability, along with keynote and luncheon speakers. Our next conference will occur on April 8-9, 2010, and will consider Environmental Law and Economics and ways that we can create a more sustainable economic future.
