Class Notes

Class Notes is an information page that is completed by the class member telling about themselves since graduation. The completed forms are compiled into a booklet. The Class Notes booklets are distributed at the Reunion and sent to those who filled out a form but who were unable to attend.

An Class Notes form is available to fill out or PDF copies of the form are available by clicking on your graduation year link below.  They can be returned to:
