Past Reunion Programs
The 2011 reunion classes enjoyed two great September weekends in Ann Arbor—and two wins by the Wolverines—with a good time had by all.
On the weekend of September 16-18, emeriti alumni and the classes of 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, and 1981 were the first alumni to attend an event in the beautiful new Robert B. Aikens Commons: the inaugural Distinguished Alumni Award ceremony. Attendees also heard a stimulating talk by Professor Michael Barr, got an update from Dean Caminker, got together at a reception at Conor O’Neill’s Pub, and enjoyed their class dinners on Saturday night.
The classes of 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, and 2006 moved into town on the weekend of September 23-25, getting the weekend off to a great start with a reception at Dominick’s. A highlight on Saturday morning was a lively conversation with the Dean in the new Aikens Commons, a comfortable, flexible space. The tailgate and game followed, with the traditional Saturday night class dinners capping the weekend.
