September 19 - 21, 2014
Classes of 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, and 2009
Greetings from the Law Quad! I hope you will join us in Ann Arbor this fall for your reunion, September 19-21, 2014.
You’re sure to notice some changes when you return to campus. The most prominent change is the completion of our campus expansion and renovation project. You’ll see that this project has blended the beautiful new facilities of South Hall, the Robert B. Aikens Commons, and the Kirkland & Ellis Café to match the existing splendor of the Quad. In addition, the renovation of the Lawyers Club residences was completed last summer. These wonderful new spaces and upgrades of old spaces accomplish exactly what we’d envisioned: updated classrooms, a professional setting for our clinics, highly functional office space for our faculty and study space for our students, and an enhanced sense of community. I encourage you to experience the changes for yourselves.
What hasn’t changed in the Quad is the heart of the reunion experience: the chance to reconnect with people who shared an important time and place with you—to hear what they’ve been doing since the last reunion and to share your own story.
Since I became dean nearly a year ago, I have had the pleasure of meeting many alumni around the world. Hearing graduates recall their days here and learning how the Law School has helped shape their lives and careers is one of my favorite parts of the job. I look forward to meeting many more of you during your reunion.
