Who: The Cleveland area Michigan Law Alumni, along with their friends and family, are organizing a volunteer group to assist The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio with their annual Walk, Rock & Run Event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum on Saturday, May 3.  The event with the Diversity Center is sponsored by the Diversity Center, Medical Mutual, Lincoln Electric, and WKYC-TV3.

What: Volunteers may be assigned to Walk Registration, Run Registration (that could be a group of 4-6 adults), Walk Marshal (good for families), Run Marshals (important job), food distribution, helping at 10am when participants enter the Rock Hall and Science Center.

When: Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 6:30 a.m. All work would be complete by 10 or 10:30, around the time that the museums open for the day. Volunteers, as well as the runners/walkers during the event, will be given free entry into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Great Lakes Science Center, USS COD Submarine Memorial, and the Baseball Heritage Museum on the day of the event, as well as a Rock & Run t-shirt and complimentary food/refreshments.

Where: Volunteers should meet at the Rock Hall. Specific meeting instructions will be sent to those that sign up for the event.

What to bring: Dress comfortably for the weather. It is usually cool at 6:30 a.m. and warms up quickly by 9. The event is rain or shine.

Additional information:  Volunteers should complete a registration form for the event and return the form via email directly to our MLaw service day leader in Cleveland, Alan Koschik, at akoschik@brouse.com no later than April 30.
