Todd M. Baily joined the University of Michigan Law School in fall 2004 as assistant dean for development and alumni relations. He came to the Law School from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he was associate chair of development. In that capacity, Baily was responsible for planning and implementing the Mayo Foundation's comprehensive fundraising strategies and initiatives. Prior to becoming associate chair, he served as a senior development officer at Mayo. Baily is well acquainted with the University's development community, having served in various positions within the Office of Development from 1988 to 2000. His last position with the University before going to Mayo was that of director of principal gifts.
