Monroe, Andrea

Andrea Monroe is an associate professor of law at the Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she teaches courses in taxation, partnership taxation, tax policy, and torts. Professor Monroe's current research examines the intersection of partnership taxation, tax abuse, and tax administration. She received her BA from the University of Michigan; her JD from the University of Michigan Law School; and her LLM in taxation from New York University. Before joining the Temple faculty, Professor Monroe taught at the Northwestern University School of Law as a visiting assistant professor.
