Hage, Paul R.

Paul R. Hage is a partner in the Southfield, Michigan, office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. He is a member of the Insolvency and Reorganization Practice Group, specializing in representing asset purchasers, unsecured creditors' committees, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings nationwide. Hage earned his bachelor's degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University and his juris doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He earned his LLM in bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law. Hage is a frequent speaker and writer on bankruptcy issues for the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law, and the Turnaround Management Association. He is certified by the American Board of Certification as a specialist in business bankruptcy law.​
