Barbara Kaye, a lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School, is a corporate partner at the law firm of Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP.

Kaye’s practice is transactional and focuses on mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; and financings for entrepreneurial, strategic, and private-equity clients in industries ranging from automotive to gaming to professional sports teams. At Honigman, she also serves as the vice chair of the firm’s corporate department. She previously served as the chair of the firm’s Committee on Women Attorney Initiatives.
