We've just started the process of redesigning our site and we're trying to learn as much as we can about the wants and needs of the people that visit. That is, people like you!
Please give us a few minutes of your time to respond to our survey. We really appreciate it.
This seminar will examine four or five advanced copyright law topics such as circumvention of technological protection measures, music licensing, fan fiction and user-created content, digital first sale, termination of transfers, intermediary liability, protection of sound recordings, and mass digitization. You will write weekly short (< 300 word) reaction papers and one longer (20 page) paper, which may be either a research paper on the copyright topic of your choice, or a draft with commentary of a new and much shorter copyright statute to replace the current one.
