Criminal Procedure Survey

This course presents an overview of major issues presented in the administration of criminal justice, from the initial police investigation of a crime and apprehension of a suspect, through prosecution and trial. It is an alternative to Criminal Procedure: From Bail to Post-Conviction Review and to Criminal Justice. It covers many but not all of the subjects as those courses.
