Giving to Michigan Law

Throughout 2009 and into early 2010, Michigan Law is celebrating its sesquicentennial: 150 years of global leadership in law. At the Sesquicentennial Celebration September 10-13, we broke ground for the new academic building and Law School Commons, honored our rich intellectual tradition, and celebrated the relationships forged at this most collegial of law schools.

We’re currently raising funds for the building project, headed toward our goal of $70 million in private funding. We’re also seeking additional resources to support the students, faculty, and programs that keep Michigan Law among the top ranks of legal educators. And we welcome alumni participation in the Law School Fund, the oldest annual fund on the University of Michigan campus.

Join the 150th anniversary celebration and make your gift today by clicking on the “Give Online” logo.

Michigan Law Celebrates Campaign Success

During the recent Michigan Difference campaign, alumni and friends gave more than $139 million in cash and new pledges (surpassing our goal of $135 million), and made nearly $32 million in new bequest intentions to support all facets of the Law School’s mission. From everyone at Michigan Law, thank you.
